Steve-O From Jackass Is Ironically Ruining His Reputation Again

Recently, Jackass star 'Steve-O' joined newest Jackass cast member and breakout star 'Poopies' on his podcast 'The Shittiest Podcast in the World', and fans including myself were all pretty quick to point out Steve-O's faults this time around. It took the Poopies podcast to be the straw that broke the camels back, and I find it a bit hilariously ironic. Of course, I love Steve-O, you love Steve-O; he's a great guy in general, but these days he's carrying himself as a great guy a little too far. I didn't think that was even possible until watching this episode.

It's a little awkward from the start either way. Before doing a podcast, it's very obvious by him talking about it on previous episodes that he gets high before recording an episode. It's very clear Steve-O is annoyed by this; most of the jokes Poopies said were obviously dumb but on the Jackass set Steve-O definitely would've been cackling childishly at the jokes with Poopies and the rest of the crew; he wouldn't even crack a smile to almost any of the fun and jokes, he kept it mostly serious.

It starts to get extremely personal and awkward especially right at about 29 minutes into the podcast. I agree with some fans in the comments of this episode that it would've been a lot cooler for Mr. O to wait until the podcast was over to scold and make Poopies feel lesser than. I don't even think he should make him feel lesser than at all, rather he should be equal to Steve-O and the others, but alas as we see he was treated as a lesser than regardless. As we know in the past, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Bam Margera, they were all train-wrecks on airplanes. They lived and learned; and Poopies genuinely seemed sorry about it an episode or two ago when he talked about with another Jackass co-star Rachel Wolfson. That was for Shark Week also, so this event he's being scolded for was a full year later! Steve-O was gracious in the sense that he waited for Jackass Forever to come out before being a huge dick.

Speaking of that, Bert Kreischer is absolutely unbearable whenever he's around Steve-O or talking about Jackass. He really does talk to and about Poopies like he's a huge idiot and is genuinely mentally challenged, which as we know obviously is not the case. Bert whenever reminded on any podcast he's ever on, which is about six a day, will tell this unbelievable story about Johnny Knoxville. Unbelievable in the sense that you can tell it's mostly not true at all. He tells it as, it's the late nineties, 1997 or 1998, and he was being interviewed by some magazine that he can't remember; he says it may be the Rolling Stone article written about him around this time but I don't think so in my opinion. By 1997 and 1998, Johnny Knoxville was almost full-time writing for and mostly only associating with Big Brother Magazine; as like Pontius and Rick Kosick, he joined in as just another character in Big Brother.

Anyways, if you want to hear that full story, go to any one of Bert's recent podcasts and he probably will be telling that story. Weird that he didn't acknowledge this years and years before but whatever I guess we're supposed to believe it; either way, this is really about Steve-O. I guess I'll end this by saying, you don't really see any of the other Jackass guys going around to every podcast and talking it up like they are the living legend of something. Dave England knows he's a Jackass cast member, but he also invests a lot of time mostly in his family and his animals, not talking about how legendary and cool he is.
